Thai Bloom! attracted attention in the Portland food scene early on by garnering a coveted position on the Portland Food Adventure. So it was only natural that we take our place among the area’s finest dining establishments by opening our second restaurant at 333 NW 23rd Avenue in the Northwest District of downtown Portland. As with our Beaverton location, the restaurant reaps high praise from patrons and enjoys a loyal following.
A full service bar provides seating and refreshment for friends, colleagues, shoppers, and neighbors as they unwind from their busy days. Our servers offer a wide selection of spirits, wine, beer, specialty Thai beverages, sodas, coffee, and tea. Wall-mounted TVs keep them apprised of world news and lets them follow progress on major sporting events. Free WIFI is available throughout the restaurant.
The main dining area provides ample seating for those interested in enjoying a relaxing meal. A private dining room offers seating capacity for 25-30 people. In both settings, our experienced servers are eager to connect the guests’ tastes and interests to the perfect beverages, appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, and desserts. They provide able assistance for folks with food allergies or other sensitivities. We offer gluten free menu options and do not add MSG in food preparation.
For those who prefer dining in the fresh air or wish to enjoy the companionship of their four-legged family members, we offer outdoor seating along NW 23rd Avenue. Our Catering Manager meets regularly with prospective clients at the NW Portland location. The restaurant provides a relaxed environment for sharing plans, reviewing food and service options, and sampling menu items. We welcome the opportunity to add a taste of Thai and our warm hospitality to special events.
Our NW Thai restaurant Portland facility is wheelchair accessible and family-friendly. The restaurant has a private parking lot as well as nearby street parking. We also provide a parking area for cycling enthusiasts. We take reservations for on-site dining. We have vibrant take-out and catering businesses, and we offer delivery services at reasonable rates.

Thai Bloom! is situated in Portland’s Northwest District which extends from NW 17th and 24th Avenues between W Burnside and NW Marshall Streets.
