For some people, choosing the perfect caterer for your wedding reception can be a stressful experience. But when you’re a long-time Thai Bloom customer like Emily Moon, both the decision and the planning process are a snap!
Emily and her mother, Lorraine, worked with Thai Bloom’s Jonathan Lapham to create the perfect dining experience for 80 guests at the Ainsworth House in Oregon City. Guests were treated to a sampling of fresh salad rolls, pork & ginger pot stickers, and veggie spring rolls during the cocktail hour. Thereafter, a buffet table featured the evening’s entrées – Pad Thai, Basil Fried Rice, Ginger Chicken, and Papaya Salad.
The mother-of-the-bride expressed her gratitude as follows:
