This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering delivery setup orders. An event and/or order may be cancelled with no charges up to 24 hours prior to the time of order fulfillment (delivery or pick-up). Cancellation of services made less than 24 hours prior to the event may be charged 25% of the contract.
